I love providing gluten-free baked goods for special occasions – like graduations, birthday parties and weddings!

The Scotsman - 3 varieties
I will be putting better pictures of these up soon, but they are so good I want to get them right out here! The Brown Butter Scotsman is so good! Butterscotch and chocolate chips and of course made with brown butter.
The Nutty Scotsman is the same recipe but with pecans. The Crazy Scotsman is crazy for craisins! They add a delightful twist!

Everyone I know who is gluten free misses bagels almost more than anything! In over 20 years gluten-free myself I have never found a really good gluten-free bagel – until I started making them myself! These really are amazingly good! Choice of toppings, mix and match – everything, sesame seed, poppyseed or plain.

Doing keto and craving bagels? These will satisfy that craving! Made with mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, almond flour and eggs! These toast up nicely. Choice of everything, sesame seed, poppyseed, or plain – or any combination of these!

These are so popular! I offer chocolate (choice of vanilla or chocolate glaze), lemon (made with real lemons!) and vanilla (choice of chocolate or vanilla glaze). Retail price $5 each. Minimum order 6 of the same kind.

The ultimate chocolate chip cookie! Packed with three kinds of chips – semi sweet, milk chocolate and white chocolate. Retail Price $4.00 each. Minimum order 6.

I love to bake. My home is filled with such delicious smells! It is truly a joy to me to create gluten-free baked goods that taste really delicious!
I use the most wholesome ingredients I can find – farm fresh eggs, real butter and real vanilla.
I only bake gluten free in my home. I want my baked goods to be available to people with a wide range of gluten sensitivity.

I’ve been gluten free for over 20 years. I’ve spent those years developing my skills as a gluten-free baker. I love to see how happy my baked goods make people feel. So many gluten-free products are dry and tasteless. Mountain Maid Baked Goods taste like that homemade goodness you remember, but without the gluten!
I put love and care into everything I bake. I bake for my you the way I bake for my family – with wholesome ingredients including real butter and fresh free-range chicken eggs.
